Cat Out Of The Bag Greeting Card
The Cat Is Literally Out of the Bag: A familiar expression becomes an actual feline escape, giving this greeting card a visual punchline cat lovers will understand immediately.
One Very Confused Witness: The stick figure person's reaction makes the scene even funnier, because apparently nobody involved was prepared for the cat to make its move.
A Bright Backdrop for Feline Mischief: Vibrant teal gives the simple cartoon artwork plenty of contrast and helps this humorous card stand out from more traditional greeting designs.
Funny Without Choosing the Occasion for You: With no birthday, anniversary, or holiday message built into the design, the escaping cat can deliver your greetings for almost any occasion.
Your Words Get the Final Punchline: The blank interior gives you complete freedom to follow the visual joke with a heartfelt message, ridiculous cat pun, personal story, happy news, or private joke.
A Clever Choice for Sharing Good News: The “cat's out of the bag” theme makes this an especially fun way to accompany an announcement, reveal, surprise, or bit of news that's finally ready to be shared.
Made for Cat People and Pun People: An easy choice for someone who appreciates feline humor, wordplay, funny illustrations, or the undeniable truth that cats rarely stay where humans expect them to.
Ready to Accompany a Cat Lover Gift: The included white envelope makes it easy to tuck alongside stationery, stickers, desk accessories, or another feline-inspired surprise.
Turn It Into a Playful Writing Gift: Pair it with the Cat Friends Spiral Notebook and Cat Lady Sticker, then use Cat Friends Gift Wrap to create a cheerful present with plenty of cat personality.
A Card Worth Keeping After the Message Is Read: The unusual illustration and bright teal background make it the kind of funny card that may earn a spot on a desk, bulletin board, refrigerator, or shelf.
Keeping the Secret Was Never Going to Work: You put a cat in a bag and expected cooperation. Frankly, the confused stick figure should have seen this coming.

Cat Out Of The Bag Greeting Card | Funny Blank Card for Cat Lovers
Some Surprises Have Whiskers
Keeping a secret is hard enough without a cat making a break for it.
The Cat Out Of The Bag Greeting Card takes a familiar saying and gives it a literal feline twist. A clever cartoon cat escapes from a bag while a confused stick figure person witnesses the moment. Set against a vibrant teal background, the playful scene brings a little mischief to a message that might otherwise arrive on an ordinary card.
It's a fun choice for the friend who loves a good pun, the family member whose cat always steals the spotlight, or anyone who appreciates humor with their heartfelt wishes. The illustration gets the conversation started, but the blank interior leaves the real message entirely up to you.
A Familiar Saying, a Feline Escape
There’s something wonderfully fitting about a cat refusing to stay where it’s supposed to be. This design turns “the cat’s out of the bag” into a small comic scene, pairing the escaping cartoon cat with a person who looks less than prepared for the surprise.
The bright teal background gives the artwork a lively setting, while the simple stick figure adds to the lighthearted mood. Rather than relying on a formal occasion or a printed sentiment inside, the card lets the visual joke do the opening work. You can follow it with a birthday wish, an affectionate note, or a story only the two of you understand.
Your Words Get the Last Laugh
A funny card doesn't have to mean a one-line message. With a blank interior and a generous 6.9″ × 4.9″ size, this greeting card gives you room to write something personal, whether that’s a quick joke or a longer note about why the recipient matters to you.
Use the design as a playful introduction to some happy news, write a birthday message with an inside joke, or keep things simple with a few thoughtful sentences. For an anniversary, it could be the beginning of a funny recollection about life together. For a just-because surprise, it needs no explanation beyond “this made me think of you.”
The high-quality matte finish adds a polished touch to the presentation, and a crisp white envelope is included. That leaves you free to concentrate on the part no store can supply: the words that make the card theirs.
Why You'll Love It
- A joke with feline personality: The escaping cat and confused stick figure bring a familiar expression to life in a playful way.
- A vibrant teal backdrop: The colorful setting gives the humorous illustration an eye-catching presence.

- Space to make it personal: The 6.9″ × 4.9″ size accommodates more than a signature and a rushed birthday wish.
