If you would like to request a return, please send us a message with your order number. Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined below.
If our returns department receives the merchandise within 14 days of delivery, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift code. If our returns department receives the merchandise within 15-30 days of delivery, an online gift code will be sent to the email address provided on your original order. Final sale items cannot be refunded.
Looking to return something? No worries - just make sure it’s unused and in the same condition when you received it, with original tags/boxes attached. Note that there are a few items we can't accept back: perishable foods, intimate & sanitary goods, some health care products, gift cards and downloadable digital content.
Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. You can send your package back to us using the trackable shipping method of your choice, as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.
Personalized Items: All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature. If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Holiday Return Policy: Any orders placed between Thanksgiving Day (U.S.) and Christmas Day are eligible for return in the form of store credit as long as the package is postmarked by January 15th. Please note our standard 14-day credit card policy is still in effect through the holidays.
Free Gift Policy: If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
